At Fashion Fabula, each item is custom-made with care and precision, just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that sizing issues can happen—so we gladly offer exchanges.
What We Offer?
● Exchange Only: We provide a one-time size exchange (subject to availability).
● No Returns: As all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
● The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
● The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
● Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Exchange Process

Contact Us: Email us at info@fashionfabula.com or WhatsApp +91-7895570996 with your order number, item, and exchange size.

Review: Our team will verify and approve your request within 24–48 hours.

Send It Back: Customers are responsible for sending the item to our address. (Address will be provided upon request approval.)

Receive Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the new size within 5–7 working days.
Important Notes
● Exchanges are subject to size availability.
● In case your requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit valid for 3 months.
● Damaged or used items will not be accepted for exchange.
● No returns or cancellations are allowed once the order is placed, as items are made to order.
